The hub includes a diploid haplotype-phased chromosome-level genome assembly of the spotted lanternfly (Lycorma delicatula) along with the annotation results from Braker3. Within the hub, there are tracks for the various hints and annotation produced by Braker3 alongside GC content and the distribution of repetitive elements. For more info on the assembly or annotation please see the individual description pages link to each track.
